Sleep and good nutrition are the most important things, period.

Holy fuck – I came to this realization about 3-4 weeks ago when I promised myself to cut back on THC.

When I had less THC I slept better on the weekends (i.e. when I tried a “no edibles on the weekends” policy just after New Year’s).

When I sleep better I get less hungry, have less anxiety, have almost no desire for my weekend naps, and can think more clearly at work (which boosts my confidence).

When I’m not as hungry I eat more modestly and am less likely to binge on junk food.
